| | Halloween Spider Cake 18 1/4 ounce box of white cake mix
One 4-serving package of green gelatin*
blue food coloring
chocolate frosting
4 pieces of black licorice
2 big green gumballs
6 little gumballs |

Prepare cake and gelatin according to package directions. Except use 9" round cake pans for the cake. Cut a smaller circle out of one of the cakes to use as a head. Fill the hole left over with gelatin. Place the other layer on top and trim to shape. To prepare frosting, add blue food coloring to chocolate frosting in a mixing bowl until the frosting is black in color. Frost the cake black. Then use the black licorice as legs and gumballs as eyes.**When cake is cut into, it spurts green goo! Halloween 4 Kids |
