| | Shrimp & Pineapple (China) 1 pound of shrimp, cleaned 2 tablespoons of soyu sauce 1/4 cup of light brown sugar 2 tablespoons of flour juice from pineapple 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained |
| Deep fry shrimp until done. Combine soyu sauce, sugar and flour with pineapple juice, cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in pineapple, heat to boiling. Add shrimp heat to boiling. Serve at once. Yield 4-6 servings |
