| Combine the soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch, dredge chicken in mixture. Place mushrooms and liquid in saucepan, heat to boiling and add chicken. Gradually stir in soup stock, cook until chicken is tender. NOTE: If mushrooms liquid is too salty, substitute an equal amount of water. Yield 6 servings |
