2 pounds of fish steaks (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup of orange or pineapple juice 1/4 cup of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of catsup 2 tablespoons of cooking oil 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped 1 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of oregano 1/2 pepper |

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in a single layer in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning once. Place covered dish in microwave oven and cook on High power 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve the marinade separately with the fish. Serves 6. |
