| Sour Cream Fruit Dip * To keep your fruit looking "fresh or just picked" brush it with lemon juice! One 8 ounce carton of dairy sour cream or plain yogurt 1/4 cup of apricot or peach preserves 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon Apple, pear or peach slices Stir together the sour cream, preserves (cut up large pieces of fruit) and cinnamon. Chill up to 24 hours. Serve with fruit. Makes 1 cup |
