In a saucepan cook the onion, garlic and tarragon in margarine. Stir in the cornstarch. Add the beer all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Gradually add the cheeses, stirring until melted. Serve with bread or chips. Makes 2 cups (16 servings) |
