| Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup of tomato juice
1/4 cup of cider vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of parsley, chopped |

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Makes 3/4 cup dressing. Will keep well in the refrigerator. |
