5 to 6 large peaches 1 can of fruit cocktail, drained 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts Brandy to taste Whipped Cream
Peel the peaches, and cut in half and remove the stones. Place in a shallow baking dish. Fill each cavity with the mixture of fruit cocktail and nuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Pour Brandy over the peaches and chill until ready to serve. Top with Whipped cream.
