Combine the first 6 ingredients, chill for 30 minutes. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350ºF. for 10 minutes. Immediately top each cookie with one chocolate square, spread to frost. Sprinkle the cookies with coconut. Makes 6 dozen. |
