

| Chocolate Chip Gingerbread
One 15 ounce package of gingerbread mix 1 egg 1 1/4 cup of lukewarm water 3/4 cup of milk chocolate chips Vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine gingerbread mix, egg and water in 8"x8" cake pan. Mix well with fork. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Makes 12 servings. |
