Mix the pudding according to package directions. Allow it to set for a few minutes, fold in the whipped topping and chocolate crumbs. Put half of the pudding mixture in bottom of the sand bucket. Top with half of the cookie crumbs. Layer with the remainder of the pudding and then the rest of the cookie crumbs. Top with the Gummi worms, chill. Use a shovel to serve. Variation: To make individual servings, layer the pudding mixture and cookie crumbs into plastic cups. Use the pipe cleaners for the handles and plastic spoons for the shovels.
