Whip the potatoes while hot. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with the following mixture, bake at 350ºF.for 20 - 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings

Topping:

1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of margarine, melted
1/4 cup of chopped pecans 

Combine all of the ingredients, place on top of the potatoes and bake.
