| LEFTOVER CHICKEN CASSEROLE
4 quart casserole 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 3 medium onions, sliced 1 can of peas, drained 1 can of mushroom soup, diluted with milk Leftover chicken (or turkey) |

In a casserole dish , place a layer of potatoes and layer of onion slices. Sprinkle some of the peas over the layer. Next, add pieces of chicken. Continue this until casserole is 3/4 full. Pour over the layers the mushroom soup. Place in a preheated oven 350ºF. until the potatoes are tender. Serves 4 to 6. |
