7 Up Cake 2 3 sticks of butter 3 cups of sugar 3 cups of cake flour 5 eggs 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract 3/4 cup of 7-Up
Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add the vanilla extract. Fold in the flour, alternating with the 7-Up. Put in a greased and floured cake pan or tube. Bake for 1 hour. 7 Up Cake 3
The Cake:
1 box of lemon supreme cake mix 1 box of lemon instant pudding 1 ( 10 -oz.) bottle of 7 - Up
The Topping: 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 Tablespoon of flour 1 stick of margarine 2 eggs 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup of flaked coconut 1 cup of chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients; and beat for 3 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350ºF.
The Topping: Mix the sugar, flour, margarine, and eggs. Cook until thickened. Add the fruit and nuts, mixing well. Pour topping between layers and on top of warm cake. |
