2 packages of chocolate chip cookie rolls Three 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened 3 eggs 3/4 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Keep one cookie roll in refrigerator. Soften one cookie roll and press into 9x13 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar in bowl and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour over cookie dough. Thinly slice refrigerated cookie roll and completely cover cheese mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 40-45 minutes. When completely cooled, cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.
