Line the bottom of greased shallow baking dish (9x13) with potatoes, peeled and sliced thin. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Pour 2 cups chicken broth over top. Bake 375ºF. for 1 1/2 hours. Dot with butter last 30 minutes. |
