| STUFFED VIENNA BREAD
1 loaf of sesame Vienna bread
3/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounces of can mushroom pieces, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 sticks of butter or margarine, melted
Seasoned salt
Cut the bread diagonally - both ways. Pull apart, then layer cheese, mushrooms, and onion. Drizzle melted butter over layers. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 50 minutes at 325ºF. Slice and serve hot. |
