| AUSTRIAN EGG SOUP
1 large onion, chopped 2 tablespoons of celery leaves 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced 1/4 cup of rice 7 cups of water 2-3 beaten eggs
Sauté onion and celery leaves together. Add the chicken, rice, and water and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add eggs the last 5 minutes or cooking. |
