| Toasted Seasoned Pecans 1 pound of pecan halves 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt 1/4 cup of butter or margarine Place the pecans in a 1 1/2 quart microwave-proof casserole. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Arrange butter evenly over pecans. Place in oven. Cook on medium high (400-500 watts) for 5 minutes. Stir through several times. Cook on medium high about 3 minutes.
