| | Crunchy Party Mix 1 cup of margarine or butter
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Several drops of hot sauce
5 cups of small pretzels or pretzel sticks
4 cups of round toasted oat cereal
4 cups of bite size wheat or bran square cereal
4 cups of bite size rice or corn square cereal or bite size shredded wheat biscuits
3 cups of mixed nuts |

In a saucepan mix the margarine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper sauce. Heat and stir until the margarine melts. In a large roasting pan mix pretzels, cereals, and nuts. Drizzle margarine mixture over the cereal mixture, toss to coat. Bake in a 300ºF. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on foil to cool. Store in an airtight container. Makes 20 cups |
