Preheat broiler. Place bread slices on baking sheet; broil 4" from heat 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Rub each slice of toast with cut garlic. Drizzle toast evenly with oil, then sprinkle evenly with basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Makes about 4 servings |
