| Blini with Sour Cream & Red Caviar one 16 ounce carton of frozen pancake batter, defrosted one 8 ounce container of sour cream one 4 1/4 ounce jar of red caviar Heat griddle, grease lightly. Pour approximately 1 teaspoon of pancake batter for each blini onto griddle, turn once. Place on cookie sheet. Keep warm between paper towels in a slow oven while making the miniature pancakes. To serve, top with a dollop of sour cream and red caviar. serve warm. Makes 6 dozen
