
| | Guacamole in Cherry Tomatoes one 7 3/4 ounces of frozen avocado, defrosted 2 teaspoons of finely chopped green onion 2 teaspoons of bacon bits 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 pints of cherry tomatoes one 5 ounce jar of cocktail onions |

Combine the avocado, green onion, bacon bits and Worcestershire in a small bowl. Cut a thin slice off top of each tomato; scoop out seeds with a melon ball scoop or small measuring spoon, turn over to drain. spoon about 1 teaspoon of guacamole filling into tomatoes. Garnish each with cocktail onion. Makes 3 dozen
