Pats Seafood Stock

2 quarts of water 6 Celery stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces 2 medium Onions, peeled and quartered 2 Garlic cloves 1/2 Lemon Fresh shrimp heads, and/or Shells, lobster heads, and shells, fresh fish bones. Use ingredients singly or in combination. |
