2 tablespoons of Corn Oil 2 cups of sliced Mushrooms 1 small Onion, cut in thin wedges 1/2 teaspoon of salt Clove Garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 2 cups of Broccoli Florets
In wok or large skillet heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add broccoli, mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
