1 1/2 cup of thinly sliced Pork tenderloin 2 Cloves crushed garlic 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1 Green onion-cut into 1" pieces 3 cup of Chinese peapods-ends removed 1/2 cup of sliced-fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup of sliced bamboo shoots 1/4 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce or to taste 1/8 teaspoon of MSG-OPTIONAL 1/4 cup of water
In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Serve hot over warm cooked rice. Serves 4
