
| Choctaw Gooseberry Pie
2 cups of sugar 1 tablespoon of flour 2 cups of gooseberries 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine Pie crust for 2 crust pie
Blend sugar and flour in bowl then add the butter and cut into dry ingredients, then add the gooseberries. Put the top crust on and seal the edges. Bake about 35 minutes in a 425ºF. oven. |
