| Easter Pie
1 cup of cooked rice, cooled 1 cup of sugar 4 Beaten eggs 1 pound (2 c.) of Ricotta cheese 1 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla Cinnamon to taste one 9 inch pie shell |
