2 bananas, mashed 1 cup of crushed pineapple and juice (I use 15 oz. can) 1 small can of orange juice 1 cup of sugar 2 cups of ginger ale (Sprite) |

Combine the above ingredients. Fill paper cups 2/3 full. Freeze. Eat as a shake or for breakfast. |
