2 egg whites 1 cup of buttermilk 2 to 3 tablespoons of natural applesauce (no sugar) 1 cup of flour (can use SMALL PART whole wheat flour or wheat germ) 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt |

Mix ingredients together. Spray griddle with Pam. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Serve with spreadable fruit (no sugar) or applesauce. |
