Low Calorie Peanut Butter Breakfast Bar

1 cup of dry oatmeal
2/3 cup of dry milk
1/4 cup of chunky peanut butter
2 bananas (ripe)
4 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon each of baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Mash bananas and combine all ingredients; mix well. Put in Pam sprayed 8" pan. Bake at 350ºF.  for 20 to 25 minutes.

4 servings. 1 serving = 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 protein, 1 fat, 1/2 milk, 10 opt. cal.
