3 cups of whole wheat flour 1 cup of sifted whole wheat flour 3 cups of ground up oatmeal 1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda 3/4 cup of corn or safflower oil 3/4 cup of raw honey 3 eggs 3 tablespoons of orange peel 16 ounces of apple juice or apple cider 1 - 2 cups of blueberries |

Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add wet ingredients. Lastly add the blueberries. Pour into oiled muffin tin. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. |
