| Low Calorie Strawberry Yogurt Frost

1 envelope strawberry instant breakfast
1 cup of cold milk
1/3 cup of strawberry yogurt
6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender container (except ice). Cover and begin blending, adding ice cubes, one at a time. Process on high speed until blended. Makes 1 large serving or 2 adequate servings.
