1/2 cup of crushed pineapple (no sugar added) 1/4 cup of water Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoons of sugar 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of non-fat dry milk 3/4 ounces of quick cooking rolled oats 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 teaspoons of reduced calorie margarine |

Combine pineapple, water, and sweetener in an individual casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over pineapple. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes or until browned. Makes 1 serving - each serving is equivalent to: 1 serving fruit, 1/2 serving milk, 1 serving bread, and 1 serving fat. |
