2 big spoons of Crisco 4 eggs 2 cups of sugar 2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of cloves 2 teaspoons of soda Dash of salt 2 cups of buttermilk 4 cups of oatmeal 4 1/4 cups of flour |

Cream Crisco, eggs, sugar. Stir in cinnamon, cloves, soda and salt. Stir well and add buttermilk, oatmeal and flour. Take a spoon and put on cookie sheet. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. |
