Pineapple Orange Sauce 1 can (20 ounces) of pineapple chunks, drained juice & zest from 1 orange 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of ground ginger Combine the pineapple, 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1 teaspoon of orange zest with the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir until the sauce boils and thickens. Great when used over frozen yogurt, pancakes or waggles. Makes 8 servings. |
