3/4 teaspoon

Ingredients

Rapid Rise Yeast
Bread Flour
Whole Wheat Flour
Cranberries, cut in half
Salt
Ground mace
Margarine or butter, softened
water
Honey
Egg
Cream Cheese Spread, below, optional

Prepare: Regular recipes if your bread machine recipes typically call for 2 cups of flour. Prepare Large recipes if they typically calls for 3 cups of flour.

Measure all ingredients except the cream cheese and place in bread machine in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Select regular bake or rapid bake cycle. Do not use delayed bake cycle. Serve bread with Cream Cheese Spread. Makes 1 loaf, about 16 slices

Cream Cheese Spread: Beat One 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of grated orange peel and dash of ground mace on low speed or with a spoon. Refrigerate any remaining spread.
