7/8 cup of Water; lukewarm
2 cups of White bread flour
2 tablespoons of dry milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of Chili paste; (Sambal Oeleck)
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/3 cup of peanuts; unsalted, chopped
1/3 cup of coconut milk
2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
3/4 teaspoon of Lemon zest
1 tablespoon of cilantro, dried
2 1/2 teaspoons of Active dry yeast |
