Yogurt and Pumpkin Bread
1 pound Loaf 1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast 2 cups of Bread flour 2 tablespoons of Wheat germ 2 tablespoons of powdered milk 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon of Salt 3/4 cup of canned pumpkin 1/4 cup of plain yogurt 1/4 cup of water 1/4 cup of chopped pecans 1/4 cup of raisins |

1 1/2 pounds Loaf 2 teaspoons of Active dry yeast 3 cups of bread flour 3 tablespoons of wheat germ 3 tablespoons of powdered milk 3 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1 cup +2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin 1/3 cup of plain yogurt 1/3 cup of water 1/3 cup of chopped pecans 1/3 cup of raisins Add all ingredients except pecans and raisins in order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle according to manufacturers directions.
