Small Loaf 10 ounces of frozen spinach; thawed, with 1 tablespoon of Olive oil 1 Clove garlic, minced 2 cups of all-purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, grated 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 teaspoons of Active dry yeast |

Large Loaf 20 ounces of frozen spinach; thawed, with 2 tablespoons of Olive oil 2 Cloves garlic, minced 4 cups of all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, grated 1 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons of Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
