Combine the wet and dry ingredients, leaving the mixture somewhat lumpy. Stir in the blueberries or drop a few onto each pancake while cooking. If the batter is too dry, add additional water. Cook in a nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Serve immediately. Makes 10 pancakes |
