In a 10 inch skillet, brown the chops over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops. Add apple juice and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the chops are done, about 30 minutes. Add a small amount of water if necessary. Serve each chop with a spoonful of gravy. Makes 2 servings
